IBRC appoints Mr. Oliver Ellingham as a Non-Executive Director

IBRC today, 14 October 2011, announced the appointment of Oliver Ellingham as a non-executive director of the Bank.

Mr. Ellingham, a chartered accountant, is a former Head of Corporate Finance (Europe) at BNP Paribas and senior executive within BNP Paribas UK. Mr. Ellingham also previously held senior management roles within Charterhouse Bank and Robert Fleming.

Mr. Ellingham previously served as a non-executive director with McCarthy & Stone plc (March 2008 – June 2009), Notting Hill Housing Trust (Jan 2009 – Sept 2010) and Cenkos Securities plc (July 2010 – July 2011).

Mr. Ellingham currently holds non-executive directorships in a number of companies including Vislink plc and the Naafi Pension Fund. He is also Chairman and owner of Woking Storage Solutions.
