Anglo Irish Asset Finance plc - Notice of intention to cancel the listing of redeemed notes

€600,000,000 Fixed Rate / Variable Rate Subordinated Notes due 2034 (ISIN: QQ00B02ZGY80);

€600,000,000 Fixed Rate / Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2036 (ISIN:  GB00B1FL3B69); and

£350,000,000 Fixed Rate / Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2037 (ISIN:  GB00B1XQL196),

(together, the Notes).

The Notes are admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Issuer intends that listing of the Notes will be cancelled with effect from 10 May 2011.
